Kentucky Supreme Court oral arguments are set for August 15, 2007 in Gripshover v. Gripshover, which we digested here. You will have to scroll down to "Marital Property" to read the digest, as that was posted when we were catching up on all 2005 Kentucky Court of Appeals decisions, as this blog wasn't in existence until February, 2006.
