Shafizadeh v. Bowles (link currently unavailable on minutes) , 2010 SC 000747-MR, overruling Brockman v. Craig, 205 SW2d 244 (Ky.App. 2006). Joint custodial parent moving for primary residence is seeking only modification of timesharing, not custody.
