Discretionary review was denied in Lane v. Caudill-Lane, digested here and the Court of Appeals opinion was ordered not to be published. Finally there's a family law to be published disciplinary decision online here. We will digest it and post after the holidays, not because this is an ethics blog but because it is an important decision for family lawyers, not only for the all too common failure to communicate but for the issue of searching a title before recording an attorney fee lien against real estate.
