As with most divorce attorneys, we charge based on the hours devoted to your case. Our current hourly rates are:

We charge our regular hourly rates for consultations.
Our office operates on a retainer basis. We will collect an initial retainer (to be determined at the initial consultation based upon the complexity of the issues presented) which remains your money until it is earned. Bills are mailed monthly. Subsequent retainers will be required monthly to restore the escrow balance to the agreed upon sum. Any portion of any retainer unearned at the conclusion of the case will be refunded.
