Two Family Law KY Court Of Appeals Decisions Yesterday

Of the opinions released by the Kentucky Court of Appeals yesterday, two are family law related and will be digested here shortly:
Zoeller v. Gutterman, re grandparent visitation when the child is being adopted by the other grandparents.

Zoeller v. Gutterman, re grandparent visitation when the child is being adopted by the other grandparents.
J.M.R. v. Com., re termination of parental rights and hearsay evidence.
Both appeals were from orders entered by Hon. Dolly Wisman Berry, Judge, Jefferson Circuit Court, Family Division Four and she was affirmed on each.
