Earlier this month we posted final decisions with SW3d cites for the past year and one-half. We are going to repost them in the coming days, one at a time, so we can group them by category. As we add new decisions once they become final, we will then add them to the category and develop a database over time. So, if you know the cases, breeze right on by them. My sense is, though, that it won’t hurt any of us to read about a published decision a second or third time.
