Senate Bill 220
Introduced by Sen. Ed Worley on February 16, 2007, to require a prosecuting attorney to initiate prosecution in child support flagrant nonsupport cases when the arrearage owed is $5,000 or greater.

House Bill 369
Introduced by Rep. Rick Nelson on February 8, 2007, to increase the minimum monthly child support obligation to $100.
